In the first week of our new year we didn`t rest, we did a very interesting experiment about floating and sinking. We took a box with water and every child put an object in it to see if it sinks or floats. Some of the objects (like a toy cow, candy, etc.) sunk down and some of the objects ( like a brush, a feather, etc.) floated on the top of the water. We asked the children why some objects sink or float and they found the reason: because some objects are heavy and some are light.
Of course the funniest part of our experiment was to play with the water
